Privacy note
Last updated September 25, 2026
This covers the sell to us form. Browsing the shops doesn’t ask for any personal details; we count visits with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies.
What we keep
- About the item: what it is, its condition notes, your asking price, and your ZIP code.
- Your photos, resized in your browser before upload. Resizing also removes the location and camera data phones embed in photos.
- How to reach you: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and how you’d like to be contacted.
- Where you came from: the shop and model page that linked you here, if any.
- Anti-spam data: a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser’s name and version.
Why
Only to look at your item, reply with an offer, and arrange the sale if you accept. We don’t sell or share your details, add you to a mailing list, or use them for advertising.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
In a private Google Cloud Storage bucket in the United States that only allbutnew can read. When an offer comes in we may get an email summary of it through our email provider. Offers and photos are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them. If we buy the item, we keep the record of that purchase as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Changing your mind
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted sooner, email hello@allbutnew.com from the address you used, with your offer reference if you have it. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
